Hump Day Review
Last week I had part two of my tests done, and things came back fairly well. So it basically looks like I just may have to be on medication for the rest of my life. A possible surgery but unlikely I will opt for it any time soon. My main problems now is recovering still from the tests. There is also a virus going around that kicks people onto their bums for a month, and I am still suffering. Right now I am just trying to keep off dehydration, and weasle food back into my system.
Michael has suffered a little bit of the cold but is doing well. He seems to be chugging along despite everything. I have come to the conclusion that my son is psychic. In the last few weeks has has made several predictions that seem a shade more than coincidence.
From inside you cannot hear the school bus until it rounds the final turn, and Michael is often fairly good at informing us it is coming before it gets to that last turn before pulling into the apartment complex. When I first got sick, Michael kept talking about my head hurting. At the time of course it did not, but my neck went out from being unable to sleep properly and I had a headache for several days. Michael started talking about a baby several weeks ago and how it was in a tummy. Since I am not pregnant and the only person I knew pregnant Michael had not seen for awhile, I really had no idea at first. Then I got this odd feeling that David knocked the mother to his daughter up again. Sure enough when him and I started talking again a bit ago, he informed me he had something important to tell me. And I guessed before he could. The other girl was pregnant again. The baby was born last week actually, and I was only informed of that last night. Last week before my mother could get all the way into the apartment he announced to me that she had cake. Turns out she had brought a few pieces of carrot cake. Perhaps it is all coincidence but I do believe in that stuff to an extent... I only wish his latest prediction would come true. He keeps talking about Daddy coming to visit, and though David claims he will as soon as he can get the money together, I cannot see it happening any time soon. David told me this morning he wishes Michael and I would move close, but that plan keeps blowing up in my face every time he brings it up then scares away, so I pretty much shot him down.
