Well, I'm grateful that we have bits of Perz's insight and advice on the website. I should go through and cut and paste them into a document that I can go back and read many times. She really was inspirational. The dedication and effort that she put into raising her ASD son into becoming an independent adult, well, that is a hard example to follow.

Quite right, I'm no fun at
Quite right, I'm no fun at all. That's why we've been exchanging lol's almost daily for the last three months or so. I've tried to be a good sport about things all along, but I'm really tired of it now and have logged in for my last time.
I didn't see the glass at
I didn't see the glass at all and I just thought, wow, must be an optical illusion or a polarizing filter on the camera or something. I was like...is Michael standing right next to a loose tiger?...Nah...well...nah...but the tiger didn't look at all hungry in either case.
I think the white tiger is
I think the white tiger is the 2nd oldest in the show. And so used to all the fame. This year's show was literally the same as last year's. But I think I should post last year's picture because the glass is harder to see int hat one.
Miss Canada, please do not leave. Little fruits like me need you. Very much. Reading about everything your son has overcome and how high functioning he is is what has given me hope for the future. With out that I may still be a ball of blubbering jello. You have so much insight to give, and so much to share.

I don't want any of us to
I don't want any of us to leave. If someone needs a break or gets busy with things, that's OK, but I want us all to stay friends and appreciate one another, even if some of us are annoying sometimes :) That's just life. Even our very best friends can say the wrong thing the wrong way sometimes. We can forgive and/or tell each other off politely.

I needed my break a while back, so I hope this is the same thing. I may not really reply to alot of Pers's comments, because usually I am wowed away but her insight and intelligence. But everything soaks into me and feel like it makes me a better person by looking at all that information and trying to make me a better person for my son.

The tiger is actually in a
The tiger is actually in a glass enclosure. Bullet proof glass in fact. These tigers were all born in captivity and raised from babies by the trainers. They also run a cat sanctuary down in Florida for rescued cats.
I like last year's photo we had donw, he looks like he is actually petting the cat because he had his hand on the glass.
It was amazing how much change has taken place in the last year. This year he took pictures with the animals like a pro.
I have a big beautiful chalk
I have a big beautiful chalk drawing of a white tiger that I cant stand to put up right now because
the artist used to be a friend of mine. It's gorgeous, Linda the artist is bi-polar and frankly a nut
ugh, not because she's bi-polar, she's just truely crazy only I didnt know that when we were
children. I didnt realize it until later. In any case the picture sits in a frame behind glass in our
garage until I can bear the thought of putting it up. It's just the tigers face, truely beautiful..., &
Linda could have been famous only she's a lazy pill popper, oh well =(
Most notable artists are
Most notable artists are "troubled souls" - Michelangelo, Van Gough, Gauguin, Toulouse-Lautrec, etc., etc., etc. Where would they be if everyone just hid their works in the back of the garage - lol. Forget the artist or starting writing that best seller to publish after she's gone - lol - AND, if you like the drawing, put it up.
Oh I know, it just causes me
Oh I know, it just causes me alot of mental anguish at this point. She's wasted her life, wasted her talent.
I just dont need any reminders of that right now...... give it time lol.
